Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of biblealive.store and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Wave Compagny LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), trading as Bible Alive.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products
We sell physical paper goods: Bible study journals and related stationery.
Product photographs are representative. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in paper tone, binding, and trim are normal in printed goods and are not defects.
Our products are study aids and journals. They are sold as printed materials and nothing more. We make no claim, promise, or guarantee regarding any spiritual, religious, emotional, psychological, medical, or personal outcome from their use.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices, modify promotions, and discontinue products at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Where a product displays a discounted price alongside a higher comparison price, the comparison price is the regular list price at which we offer, or have offered, the item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract of sale forms when we ship the item.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos, and the design and contents of our journals — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, scan, photocopy, or create derivative works from our products or site content without our written permission. Purchase of a journal grants you the right to use that physical copy; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Scripture quotations are drawn from public domain translations or are used under applicable license.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Resell our products commercially without written authorization
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave Compagny LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
