Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
Requests made after 60 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition — unused, unwritten in, unmarked, and undamaged
- Complete, including any packaging, inserts, or bundled items
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Journals that have been written in, highlighted, dated, or otherwise used cannot be returned. Because our product is a writing journal, we encourage you to inspect it before you begin using it.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded
The following are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or multi-item offer at a reduced rate
- Items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Items returned in used, written-in, or damaged condition
- Items returned without prior authorization
Discount and promotional pricing is offered in exchange for the sale being final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Important: Because our products are frequently offered at promotional pricing, most orders will fall under the final sale exclusion above. Check your order confirmation to see whether a discount was applied to your purchase.
4. How to Request a Return
Email info.biblealive@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We will respond with a decision and, where a return is authorized, with the return shipping address. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization and an address from us — unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and cannot issue a refund for an item we do not receive.
Original shipping charges, where paid, are not refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.biblealive@gmail.com with photographs of the item and its packaging.
Where we confirm the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at our cost or issue a full refund, at your choice. This applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at a discounted price — the final sale exclusion in Section 3 does not apply to defective or incorrect goods, and does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit — this is outside our control.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped. Email us as soon as possible at info.biblealive@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery, or is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will refund the item price less original shipping and any return-to-sender charges.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
